SAFETY
Safety management, field coordination, and organizational compliance are directed by Marcelo Narvaja, who contributes more than 15 years of industry experience across both field and administrative environments. Having previously worked with R&S Concrete in New York and collaborated extensively with Mr. Barrosa, Mr. Narvaja provides continuity between operations, workforce safety, and regulatory execution. He holds OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certifications and is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving MIA Constructure Inc.’s comprehensive safety programs and compliance framework in accordance with federal, state, and industry best practices.

OPERATIONS
Senior Operations Manager Nuno Barrosa brings more than 20 years of concrete construction experience. He began his career as a laborer with R&S Concrete in New York and advanced through the roles of carpenter, foreman, and superintendent, ultimately leading high-rise construction operations across New York and South Florida. His portfolio includes significant projects throughout the Greater Miami region, such as Muse Residences in Sunny Isles, Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Acqualina Estates at Sunny Isles, and Block 55 in Downtown Miami. Mr. Barrosa’s progression through the trades to executive field leadership provides MIA Constructure with practical, production-driven operational oversight and proven high-rise delivery expertise.

Sanoja
QUALITY CONTROL
Engineering leadership and quality control oversight are provided by Daniel Sanoja, a civil engineering professional with more than 30 years of experience in inspection, supervision, and execution of civil and structural construction. Mr. Sanoja has spent the past eight years in the United States supporting high-rise construction delivery, serving in roles including Quality Control for R&L Structural, Assistant Superintendent for R&S Concrete, and Level II Inspector for Baker Construction. He currently serves as Senior Engineer and QC Superintendent for MIA Constructure Inc., where he oversees constructibility review, inspection coordination, and quality assurance across active projects.

MIA Constructure Inc.’s field operations are led by an experienced management team and highly skilled craft workforce with demonstrated performance on large-scale structural concrete developments throughout the Greater Miami region. Senior Operations leadership under Nuno Barrosa reflects more than eight consecutive years of executing complex vertical construction projects in South Florida, supported by disciplined field supervision and crews proficient in precision total-station layout, structural sequencing, and high-rise concrete production.
Engineering coordination and shop drawing review are directed by Daniel Sanoja, whose technical background and practical construction experience strengthen alignment between structural design intent and field execution. This coordination framework ensures reinforcing steel placement, post-tension systems, and formwork assemblies are constructed in strict accordance with engineered requirements and project specifications.
Field performance is further supported by experienced foremen, carpenters, laborers, certified riggers, and skilled equipment operators working in continuous coordination with safety leadership under Marcelo Narvaja. With more than eight years of operational collaboration and OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certifications, Mr. Narvaja oversees implementation of comprehensive safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and proactive jobsite risk management—maintaining a consistently positive and safety-focused working environment across all projects.
To ensure dependable production capacity and schedule certainty, MIA Constructure Inc. maintains strong relationships with qualified trade partners and suppliers, including reinforcing steel fabrication and installation, post-tension material procurement and stressing, concrete pumping and finishing services, and tower crane hoisting operations. These resources—combined with in-house tower crane operators and proven field crews—provide the operational depth required to execute complex structural concrete projects safely, efficiently, and reliably year after year.
