Our construction safety culture is led by Marcelo Narvaja, a certified OSHA 500 and OSHA 510professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in high-rise structural concrete construction.

Under Marcelo’s leadership, safety programs are proactively developed, implemented, and enforced across all projects, with a focus on real-world field conditions typical to complex concrete operations. His background in high-rise construction ensures that safety planning aligns directly with formwork systems, shoring and reshoring, elevated work, crane operations, and mass concrete placements.
